PO Mastery Impact & Influence

You are more than just a Product Owner. You are a person who has the role of Product Owner. Two different things that come together in the effectiveness of your work and in this PO Mastery program.

Step 1 – You as a person

This program begins with you as an individual. With a Personality at Work development assessment, we explore what you as a person bring to your role. What you may not yet show explicitly, but can further develop. The “PaW PO Profile” we create for you is a mirror that provides deep insights, analyzes your potential, and offers concrete tools for growth.

Step 2 – You in your role

We take the results of the assessment into the Impact & Influence training. There, we connect the person with the professional. In an intimate group of no more than eight participants, you will work on your learning goals using models and exercises that strengthen your stakeholder management and leadership skills. These are organized around three themes: psychology of behavior, EQ & interaction, team & organization. You will learn how your personality, attitude, and choices determine the success of your role. You’ll develop your ability to truly exert influence—from clarity, humanity, and conviction. Throughout the training, we keep your profile at hand and coach you specifically on your personal development points. This gives you the best of both worlds: a learning program with a peer group and individual attention. This combination ensures a high learning return. You will not only become better in your role, but also stronger as the person fulfilling that role.

Duration

Two days, with two trainers providing high-impact individual coaching during the exercises. The listed start dates always refer to the first day of the two-day program.

Group size and language

Max 8 participants. The spoken and written language during this training is English.

What’s included in the fee?

The fee includes the extensive PaW development assessment and written profile, the two-day training, course materials, and venue costs. It excludes VAT and any accommodation costs.

Certificate

The training concludes with a certificate of participation.
